Privacy policy

How we use the details you give us on this site, and the choices you have. Last updated 1 November 2026.

Who we are

Nessoris services are provided by VITX GLOBAL PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202622644C), called Nessoris or we on this page. We decide how the details you send us through this site are used, so we are responsible for them.

What we collect, and why

  • Contact form. Your name, email, company, role, the kind of firm you are, what you need and your message. We use them to answer you. We rely on your request, and on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
  • Insights sign-up. Your email, and your name, company and role if you choose to add them, to send you our Insights. We rely on your consent; every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Delivery network alerts. Your email, first name and company, and the technologies and industries you pick, to tell you about new projects that match. You tick a box to agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Self-assessment reports. The Orchestration Index and the Agentic Maturity Index are free and need no email. If you ask for the report, we ask for your email, and optionally your name, company, role and country, and we keep your result with them so we can send the report and prepare for a call if you book one.
  • Anonymous answers. The Orchestration Index keeps its answers without your name or email, to build a benchmark over time. The Agentic Maturity Index keeps nothing unless you ask for the report.
  • Booking a call. The booking calendar asks for your name and email to schedule the call. It is provided by HubSpot and appears only after you accept cookies, or on HubSpot's own booking page.
  • Personal invitation links. When we invite someone to follow our LinkedIn page, the link carries a short code that is not your name. If you open it, we count one click for that code and the time, and send you on to LinkedIn. We store no IP address and set no cookie. We know whom we sent the code to, so we can see that you opened it.
  • Technical data. When you send a form, the address of the page you sent it from goes with it, so we know which page it came from. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

We do not use your details for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell them.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies unless you accept them. If you accept, HubSpot sets cookies for analytics and for the chat and booking calendar. If you reject, the site works the same without them, and the forms still work. Your choice is kept in your browser, and you can change it at any time: , also at the bottom of every page.

Who processes your details

  • HubSpot, our customer relationship and email tool, stores what you send through the forms, the booking calendar and, if you accept cookies, analytics and chat. Our HubSpot account is hosted in the United States.
  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the anonymous Orchestration Index answers.

We share your details only with these providers, or when the law requires it. The site's fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third party.

International transfers

These providers may process your details outside your country, including in the United States. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the transfers rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in contact with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions about the same request. Then we delete them. Insights and library alert details are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us and we will delete them sooner, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, and ask us to correct or delete them, to limit or stop how we use them, or to give them to you in a format you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what we did before. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can also ask how your details have been used or shared in the past year.

If you are in the EU or UK and unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to your data protection authority, for example the UODO in Poland or the ICO in the UK. In Singapore it is the Personal Data Protection Commission. We would like the chance to put it right first.

If the way we use your details changes, we update this page and the date at the top.

Nessoris also runs a private internal tool, the Workspace Gateway, which has its own privacy policy. It is not part of this website.
