Win the bid. Scale the build. Keep the margin.

You own the solution design and the client. We bring a named team to the bid, then deliver the work packages you hand over, at a fixed price and on a flexible pool.

Why integrators use us

What changes when the delivery layer is ours to run and yours to sign.

Stronger bids

A named team and priced work packages in the proposal, written with you, so the bid shows capacity you do not yet have to hire.

Capacity without the bench

A pool that breathes: a steady core as work repeats, specialists on call for the peaks. Fixed cost does not run ahead of revenue.

Margin on the build

Fixed-price packages from a lower-cost shore, with controls, so you win on price without losing the margin.

A unit that becomes yours

Over time, a core team of 10 to 15 people built to transfer to you as an own-name unit, on terms set at the start.

Where we join: offer, bid, design, build and run

Offer

You define it. We test whether it can be delivered, by whom and at what cost.

Bid

You lead. We bring a named team and write parts of the proposal.

Design

You agree the design. We cut it into work packages.

Build and run

We build the packages, you integrate and accept. We stay for fixes and development.

Multi-shore by design

An integrator can add a shore for a specific work package, such as a build team in Vietnam beside a design team elsewhere, and still run one delivery rhythm, one set of controls and one acceptance test.

Vietnam is our delivery base, connected to Singapore, Europe and Australia. Other shores join by work package, under the same operating system.

Indicative. Based on one senior engineer month in Vietnam with us against in-house delivery in Poland, using 2026 market benchmarks, and checked against each client's own costs. Work packages stay fixed price.

Start with one work package.

Small, well-defined, with written acceptance. Scope grows only as trust does.
