The short answer

Who does the work, where are they, and what does it cost?

Vietnam is our delivery base, connected to Singapore, Europe and Australia, with Malaysia for specific skill sets. The team behind each work package is picked for it from delivery partners we have assessed; as similar work repeats, a steady core forms and stays with you, and specialists on call carry the peaks. You pay for accepted work packages, not for people on standby. As an input-cost illustration, a senior engineer month with us runs about 15 to 50% below in-house delivery in Poland, depending on how far you scale.

Multi-shore by design.

Vietnam is our delivery base, connected to Singapore, Europe and Australia. One management model runs across all of them, so capacity moves with your pipeline and quality does not depend on where the work happens.

Why Vietnam

VietnamDelivery baseEuropeSingaporeAustralia

A steady core, with specialists on call.

It starts fully on call. As similar work repeats, a steady core forms: people who stay with you and know your standards. Specialists on call carry the peaks. The pool is multi-shore by design: Vietnam is the base, connected to Singapore, Europe and Australia, and more shores join by work package.

An illustrative growth case, not a forecastA partner could go from about 30 people delivering today to about 700 in four years, with its own people staying the core and partners and our pools carrying the peaks, so fixed cost does not run ahead of revenue.

Start small. Scale as trust grows.

Each step has a stop point. You can stop after any of them.

Input cost per senior engineer month, against in-house delivery in Poland

A first pilot

~15–20% lower

A small, well-defined piece of a real solution, built and handed over.

Project units

~25–35% lower

A core team per project for its length, topped up from the pool.

Your own-name unit

~40–50% lower

A unit of 10 to 15 people, built to be transferred to you.

An input-cost illustration, not the total saving on an accepted outcome. Indicative: one senior engineer month in Vietnam with us against in-house delivery in Poland, using 2026 market benchmarks, and checked against each client's own costs. What an accepted outcome costs depends on the package: work packages are priced one by one, as described in the commercial pillar.

How do we price the work?

Per defined work package, agreed before work starts. Never open-ended time and materials for people, and the management model is never priced separately.

Defined work packages

Priced before each package starts: a fixed price where the scope and technology are known, capped time and materials with milestone reporting where they are new. Never open-ended time and materials for people.

Running a live system

A monthly fee, tied to agreed measures.

A capability unit for your company

Priced on the capability installed, not the hours consumed: a monthly fee for the unit, defined packages for projects, and a transfer fee agreed up front.

Fixed-price first steps

The Express Audit from US$2,500, fixed. The code assessment at a fixed fee sized by the inventory. The two-day Orchestration Diagnostic at a fixed fee quoted in the first call.

What we are judged on

The cost of an accepted outcome, counting mobilisation, management, delay and rework, not the day rate. The management model is never priced separately.

When things change

A change becomes a new work package, agreed with you, not a dispute. Work that fails its agreed acceptance test is fixed at our cost and tested again.

Questions about the team and the cost.

Each answer stands on its own.

How does Nessoris price its work?

Per defined work package, agreed before work starts: a fixed price where the scope and technology are known, and capped time and materials with milestone reporting where they are new. Running a live system is a monthly fee tied to agreed measures, and a capability unit for an enterprise team is a monthly fee for the unit, defined packages for projects and a transfer fee agreed up front. We never sell open-ended time and materials for people. The first steps have fixed prices: the Express Audit from US$2,500, the code assessment at a fixed fee sized by the inventory, and the two-day Orchestration Diagnostic at a fixed fee quoted in the first call. The management model is never priced separately, and a change becomes a new work package agreed with you.

Why is Vietnam your delivery base?

Working hours overlap with Asia, Australia and Europe (Vietnam is on UTC+7, so the European morning is the Vietnam afternoon), the people you deal with work in English every day, and the pool is deep: about 560,000 people work in IT and computer science. Quality varies, which is why we assess delivery partners before anyone is put forward. You contract with Nessoris, not with a vendor in Vietnam.

Why Vietnam

Will the same people stay on our work?

Yes. The people who shape the proposal stay on the work, at least as oversight, and so do our delivery partners. The team named at the start stays with it; if someone has to change, you hear it from us first, with a handover, and every package keeps a delivery record so a departure does not reset the work.

Can the team become our own?

Yes. As similar work repeats, a steady core forms, and it can become your own-name unit on terms set at the start. For enterprise teams, the transfer right is written into the contract on day one, with the transfer fee agreed up front.

For enterprise teams

Are the savings figures a promise?

No. They are an input-cost illustration: one senior engineer month in Vietnam with us against in-house delivery in Poland, using 2026 market benchmarks, and checked against each client's own costs. What an accepted outcome costs depends on the package, which is priced before it starts.
