← How it works

A work package, from brief to accepted.

Every piece of work we deliver is a defined work package: a written scope, a named owner and an acceptance test agreed before it starts. Here is how one runs, and what working with us feels like week by week, from the first conversation to the quarterly review.

From brief to accepted, under your name.

  1. Your client briefs you.You own the relationship and shape the solution, as you always have.
  2. We cut it into packages. You choose who delivers each. Each has a defined scope and a written acceptance test. Your own team, Nessoris or another partner can take it.
  3. Every package runs the package loop. The same six steps, from brief to improve, whoever delivers it, under one management model. Each one adds to a shared intelligence.
  4. They come together as one project. You integrate and accept. Your client sees one solution, under your name.
  5. And the next one starts smarter. What each package teaches us is recorded and fed into the next brief.

Every package runs the same way. Each one makes the next better.

The value sits in the work package, a self-contained piece that runs through the same six steps, the package loop, not in any one person. What each package learns is recorded and reused, so knowledge compounds into a strategic asset your organisation keeps.

BriefScope, context and the acceptance test, written down.
DeliverSpecialists build to your standards.
AcceptFirst by you, then in the integrated solution.
RecordEffort, issues and decisions, from the brief on.
LearnCompare with the estimate and find the pattern.

What working with us feels like, week by week.

The same rhythm on every engagement, from the first conversation to the quarterly review. You always know what is happening, what is red and what we need from you.

  1. Before we start

A first conversation with Jakub or Corné. We agree the business objectives, the first work package and its acceptance test, and we measure the baseline before the first package, so the gain can be shown, not claimed.

  2. First two weeks

Your owner meets our named lead and team. The plan, the risks and the benefits we will track go into the shared view.

  3. Every weekRepeats

A review with your owner: progress against the objectives, the reds and what we are doing about them, and the decisions we need from you.

  4. End of every packageRepeats

Acceptance against the agreed test, a read-out you keep, and a stop point: continue, change course or stop. The next package is chosen by the value still to be realised.

  5. Every quarterRepeats

A senior review with a founder: the value realised so far, what to change, and what comes next.
