How it works

A way of working, not just software.

One set of procedures across people, process, technology and data, that your teams, our specialists and our partners all follow.

Four spines run through every project.

A spine is a set of agreed rules, like a backbone. People and AI agents do the work; the spines keep it consistent whoever does it.

Delivery spine

Roles, rhythm, and how each work package is briefed and accepted.

Governance spine

Decision rights, approvals, quality checks, security and data.

Intelligence spine

Project memory, measures, early warnings and risk mitigation.

Commercial spine

How each package is priced, accepted and paid, and who carries which risk.

Running acrossPeopleProcessTechnologyData
Where we areSourcing and vetting already run this way. The rest of the operating system is built with you on the first work packages. AI agents come through our vendors, added task by task, each with a named human owner.

Repeatable, self-learning, agile, fixed price.

The value sits in the work package, a self-contained piece that runs through the same six steps, not in any one person.

BriefScope, context and the acceptance test, written down.
DeliverSpecialists build to your standards.
AcceptFirst by you, then in the integrated solution.
RecordEffort, issues and decisions, from the brief on.
LearnCompare with the estimate and find the pattern.
ImproveChange the rules once an owner approves.

Inside each spine.

What each one covers, and what it gives you.

How do we work together?

Delivery spine

The rhythm and roles that make every work package run the same way, whoever does it and wherever they sit.

Covers
Roles and interfaces, cadence, onboarding and launch playbooks, and the work-package template.
You get
A package you can manage as one thing: outcome and scope, inputs, owner, dependencies, authority, acceptance criteria and a delivery record.
Kept in proportion
A documentation update needs less structure than a production migration. The record is as heavy as the risk.

Who may decide what?

Governance spine

Decision rights and controls, set per work package, for people and for AI agents alike.

Covers
Who decides, approvals, quality checks, security and data. GDPR and client data rules, with security tiers chosen per project.
You get
Evidence your clients can see: what is permitted, who decides, and where the data sits. A first pilot can run with no production client data.
Aligned with
The EU AI Act and NIS2 principles. Aligned, not a certification.
DraftPrepares content or analysis. No authority for the action.
ProposeRecommends. A proposal is not approval.
Act with approvalExecutes once a named approver authorises it.
Act within guardrailsExecutes inside a pre-agreed envelope, with limits and revocation.

What do we know, and what is going wrong?

Intelligence spine

Project memory and early warning, captured as the work happens rather than written up afterwards.

Covers
Decisions and the context behind them, scope versions, risks and how they were resolved, and live delivery signals.
You get
New people productive in days, not weeks; a programme that does not stall when someone leaves; and the evidence for what actually worked.
Boundary
Our systems, with no client data in them. We keep the learning, never your IP or client data.

How is it priced, accepted and paid?

Commercial spine

The rules for money and risk, designed with you rather than handed to you.

Covers
How each package is priced, how it is accepted and paid, who carries which risk, and how changes are handled.
You get
Fixed price per accepted work package, never time and material for people, and a like-for-like cost comparison against your own delivery.
Where we are
The pricing method and payment rules are designed with each partner on the first work packages.

Who does the work is chosen task by task.

People and AI agents work under the same spines. We start with people, and with people plus agents. Agent execution is added task by task, after we have compared its proposals with your decisions.

Human only

A person performs the task and records the evidence.

Human + agent

A person directs and decides; the agent supports analysis, build or evidence.

Agent + reviewer

The agent executes; a reviewer checks the evidence and accepts or returns it.

Agent only

A bounded task with a named owner, and intervention on exceptions only.

A pool that breathes with your work.

It starts fully on call. As similar work repeats, a steady core forms: people who stay with you and know your standards. Specialists on call carry the peaks. The pool is multi-shore by design: Vietnam is the base, connected to Singapore, Europe and Australia, and more shores join by work package.

An illustrative growth case, not a forecastA partner could go from about 30 people delivering today to about 700 in four years, with its own people staying the core and partners and our pools carrying the peaks, so fixed cost does not run ahead of revenue.

Start small. Scale as trust grows.

Each step has a stop point. You can stop after any of them.

A first pilot

~15–20% lower

A small, well-defined piece of a real solution, built and handed over.

Project units

~25–35% lower

A core team per project for its length, topped up from the pool.

Your own-name unit

~40–50% lower

A unit of 10 to 15 people, built to be transferred to you.

Indicative. Based on one senior engineer month in Vietnam with us against in-house delivery in Poland, using 2026 market benchmarks, and checked against each client's own costs. Work packages stay fixed price.

Which part of your delivery would you hand over first?
